My love for photography began back in high school.  Once I graduated, I took a few classes & seminars here and there to further my knowledge in the field.  I continued to learn everything I could in photography while I worked in the corporate world (and freelance photography as a 2nd job) but it wasn’t until after I got married in 2003 when I really knew being a professional photographer is what I was meant to do.  I think experiencing all the planning, the stress (yes, the good & bad!) and all the emotions that went into that ONE special day and to be able to capture it for a lifetime, to share one of the most important days in a couple’s lives together, is AMAZING!! 

So I began working with another professional photographer for about a year and a half but once he decided to focus more on Sports & Fashion Photography, I knew that it was my time to start my own business and I haven’t looked back since.  Once our second child was born, we knew it was time for me to focus on raising our children and building my business, so I left the corporate world and couldn’t be happier!  There’s so much more to experience, people’s lives to capture and touch…..It’s been a great journey so far and in my eyes, it’s only just begun!
