I recently came across the organization called “Images for A Cure”  ( and as a member of Think Pink Photography, I didn’t hesitate to join.  I knew I had to be a part of this.

Basically, photographers from all around the U.S. are uniting on one day, booking as many sessions as our day & time allows.  With those bookings, 100% of the session fees will be donated to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

So, if you’ve been putting off those portrait session for years or months, check out the Images for a Cure website to find a local photographer near you to find out more info.  Of course, if you don’t need a portrait session and would like to donated to the BCRF, you may do that as well.

I’m also very excited to share with you that I am a Featured Photographer for Images for A Cure.  Check out their blog on the write-up as well as other photographers and great info on this organization!

  1. Ohhh, nice idea! Which day did you decide to designate?

  2. What a great idea! We just wrote a blog post about a breast cancer survivor who expresses herself through photography. Such a great way to inspire others!
